  Cost: $1,500 per cohort or $3,500 for all 4 cohorts

Schedule: 2-hour session per cohort

Description

This supportive group lifestyle medicine coaching cohort is designed to foster a sense of community among individuals seeking to enhance their overall well-being and address areas of health that put them at-risk for comorbidities and/or additional health risk factors. Participants will engage in guided discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative activities focused on various aspects of health including nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and lifestyle changes. Support resources such as recipes, stretches/exercises, behavior changes and more will be shared with participants. Participants will be joining other WellnessIQ clients across the country and globe for this session.

Each cohort is delivered by a WellnessIQ’s own Lifestyle Medicine Coach. Sessions are held on Zoom as a 120-minute event. Monthly engagement reports are provided. Wellness technology platform points may be awarded for engagement and should be requested to your Wellness Strategy Manager.
