Bridget is an experienced facilitator and coach with a demonstrated history of designing and delivering highly engaging employee training programs driven towards changing behavior. Bridget brings over 14 years of training experience to WellnessIQ.

 

She began her career at a Cleveland based software company that was among the Fortune 100 Best Places to Work list for six of the ten years she worked there. Within the L&OD and Internal Training teams, Bridget designed, implemented and facilitated an onboarding program that successfully welcomed 1,300+ technology professionals around the world.

 

Bridget has facilitated over 4,500 hours of content for participants through in-person, virtual, recorded, and live sessions. Certified as a Health & Wellbeing Coach (Wellcoaches), Lifestyle Medicine Coach (ACLM), Life Coach (Academy of Modern Applied Psychology), Human Performance Coach (Theory of Me), and Mental Health First Aid Provider & Instructor (National Council for Mental Wellbeing), she has used these credentials in recent years to develop impactful coaching programs and foster sustainable behavior change in thousands of individuals. Bridget's dedication to understanding what motivates her participants ensures a deeply engaging experience.

 

Bridget is a relator and a developer who values genuine positivity and happiness and finds immeasurable joy in spreading and amplifying both in those around her. Bridget’s strengths are creating and maintaining meaningful connections rooted in empathy, adapting to situations while accepting them in a positive way with a commitment to make the best of them, and never leaving a good dose of humor out of things.

Off the Clock

In her free time, Bridget is spending as much time as possible in, on or near Lake Erie… when the weather cooperates, of course. She has a passion for entertaining and is constantly experimenting with new culinary concoctions on her family and friends. You can also catch her getting crafty by cross stitching a custom creation for a friend or working at her sewing machine making costumes for her amazing kids, Colin and Mary.

Bridget is a proud and native Clevelander who enjoys taking in everything the city has to offer, from eating and drinking at its delicious restaurants to hiking through the beautiful
Cleveland Metroparks.

Bridget’s two children are not twins but have the same birthday (think about that one)!
